HAWKS & COMPANY ANNOUNCES RELOCATION AND IT UPGRADEHEADQUARTERS EXPANSION, SOFTWARE UPGRADES ENHANCE PRODUCTIVITY, RESPONSIVENESS Deptford, NJ - (July 2010) - Hawks & Company, a leader in energy-focused HVAC maintenance and services for commercial facilities, recently announced its relocation/expansion and significant IT upgrade. Both investments are aimed at providing Hawks' clients greater flexibility, responsiveness and productivity. Hawks headquarters and operations are presently co-located in 5000 square feet of space providing ample room for functions ranging from business development and accounting to installation staging and pipefitting. The complex also boasts a 500 square foot training facility for Hawks' technicians and clients. Concurrently, Hawks implemented a software system upgrade that delivers numerous advantages for both Hawks and its clients. The new software will allow Hawks to track service histories down to the individual piece of equipment at a client site, forecast labor and job scheduling, and utilize GPS technology for vehicle dispatch. Marty Rosica, President of Hawks, stated, "With the new software and our new facility, Hawks will be able to respond to client needs better and faster. We have implemented an IT solution that will optimize efficiency for our service clients, and make Hawks better, faster, stronger." Phase Two of the technology upgrade is expected to take place in 2011 with an implementation of PDA, or handheld, work order management for even greater responsiveness and flexibility and real time information sharing.
