United Methodist Homes partners with Hawks for Energy ConservationHawks' solution to reduce energy consumption 45% annually. COLLINGSWOOD, NJ -- (May 2009)- United Methodist Homes of New Jersey, as part of a comprehensive energy conservation initiative, selected Hawks and Company to replace heating boilers and domestic boilers at Francis Asbury Manor, a 150-bed assisted living facility in Ocean Grove, New Jersey. The 75-year old facility needed major central heating and domestic hot water upgrades. Hawks evaluated the existing condition of the equipment and developed a state-of-the-art design/build central heating and domestic hot water plant, which, when complete, will reduce the facility's gas consumption by an estimated 45% annually. It will also support United Methodist Homes' mission to deliver exceptional care while enhancing the lives of its residents. "We look forward to strengthening our relationship with United Methodist Homes to develop innovative solutions that help them save money," says Marty Rosica, President of Hawks and Company. "Hawks' energy-focused solutions will help United Methodist Homes quantifiably reduce their energy consumption without compromising resident satisfaction." About United Methodist Homes
