Pump Retrofit - High-rise Condo

July 2008 Hawks & Company was awarded a design-build engineered pump retrofit for a high-rise condominium building in Center City Philadelphia.

A flow analysis determined the proper demand for the building and high efficient pumps were selected for the project.

Variable frequency drives were installed for control and energy savings.
