Direct Digital Control (DDC) System

April 2008 - Hawks & Company was awarded the installation of a new Direct Digital Control (DDC) system for a 125,000 square foot multi tenant building in South Jersey.

Integrating a web-based control system that could integrate the large multizone rooftop units to the VAV boxes in each space was the goal of the owner who does not have an on-site presence. This project has a return on investment of 2.6 years.
