Cooling Tower - Pump Retrofit

March 2008 - Hawks & Company was awarded the installation of a new cooling tower for a commercial office building located at the Jersey Shore. Due to the demand for cooling in the building, Hawks & Company's procurement and project management team worked diligently to complete the project ahead of schedule.

Hawks & Company was awarded an engineered pump retrofit for a corporate office in Trenton New Jersey. This design-build project incorporates the installation of a new high efficiency motor along with a variable frequency drive. This project has a return on investment of 1.8 years.
