Design Build Domestic Hot Water System

October 2007 - HAWKS & COMPANY was awarded a design-build domestic hot water system at a South Jersey long-term healthcare facility. This 208 bed facility will benefit from a new modulating gas fired high efficiency boiler as well as two indirect heating tanks to replace the defective hot water storage tank.

The project will begin in early November and be completed by Thanksgiving with no down time. A return on investment of 3-4 years is anticipated.
