Cornerstone Commerce Center awards service agreement to Hawks & Company.

Hawks' expertise in large tonnage package rooftop equipment/VAV systems applied at multiuse facility.

COLLINGSWOOD, NJ -- (April 2009 - Cornerstone Commerce Center in Linwood, New Jersey, awarded a service agreement to Hawks & Company. Hawks will provide their service expertise with large tonnage Trane rooftop equipment coupled with the Trane VAV system to this mixed-use facility. Hawks' preventive maintenance practices will reduce Cornerstone's operational budget by at least 25%, and reduce downtime for the tenants of this landmark facility.

Cornerstone Commerce Center is a 290,000 square foot Lifestyle Center that includes office and retail space. Karman Development Group which owns Cornerstone invested $35-million to create of a state-of-the-art office/retail complex, featuring retail stores, and an upscale restaurant and a café. In 2006, the New Jersey Business & Industry Association (NJBIA) and New Jersey Business magazine awarded Cornerstone with a New Good Neighbor Award for its outstanding renovation.
