Keystone Property Group Awards Mechanical Services Agreement to Hawks

Past energy reduction and operational savings lead to expanded partnering agreement.

COLLINGSWOOD, NJ -- (May 2009)-Keystone Property Group of Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania, awarded Hawks & Company a service agreement to maintain the mechanical systems of a 17-building portfolio of Class A real estate in the greater Philadelphia region. Hawks is charged with maintaining multiple system types including large tonnage VAV systems, water source heat pumps, and chilled and hot water systems at Keystone's multi tenant facilities.

This newest agreement was awarded based in large part on Hawks' record of success at five additional Keystone locations. Since 2006, Hawks has been providing technical facility services that have yielded operational savings and decreased energy consumption at all five Keystone locations through successful energy management configuration/ installation and system modifications.
