HAWKS & COMPANY COMPLETES PHASE I OF HVAC UPGRADE AT HISTORIC SENIOR LIVING FACILITY

ENERGY EFFICIENT SOLUTION TARGETS OCCUPANT COMFORT AND SAFETY

Deptford, NJ -- (August 2010)-Hawks & Company, a leader in energy-focused HVAC maintenance and services for commercial facilities, recently announced the completion of the first phase of an HVAC design/build and installation project at Francis Asbury Manor, a United Methodist Homes senior living facility.

Francis Asbury Manor occupies a sixty year old structure located in the historic seaside community of Ocean Grove, New Jersey, and was named "One of the Best" assisted living communities in the Best of the Best 2009 Readers' Choice Awards conducted by the Asbury Park Press.

United Methodist Homes selected Hawks & Company to design and install the facility's first HVAC system to coincide with the grand opening of its new Memory Support Residence (MSR) in July 2010. Special considerations had to be taken in account for designing a system to meet the unique needs of the building structure and the MSR residents. UMH is expected to complete the renovation of the remainder of the facility, including HVAC upgrades, in early 2011.
